I guide and give lessons at several locations on the river Ure , where i spend a lot of time Flyfishing for salmon, over the last couple of years the Ure Salmon trust have carried out a lot of work to improve the environment and monitor the return of the salmon.

My main time is spent Flyfishing with clients on the Bolton castle Estate,

This is the Bolton hall beat of the river Ure at Bolton Castle Estate where i have access to several beats, a relaxing and stunning location.

 

 

 

Blue Lion stretch of the Ure for Flyfishing usually can only be booked if staying at the Blue lion Hotel in East Witton. but I have permission from the owners to use the water for private use for days and lessons

It has both banks to fish which is also the Danby estate, again is a good Flyfishing water in the Yorkshire dales.
